It is very powerfully and very productive. It starts with grow people by providing them all the opportunities they need to reach their potential. The philosophy is: the company can get the maximum benefit when a employee does the best job. When people are motivated, there is no need to push them because they will give 110% always. And last but not least, only the best minds can stay ahead of the game and solve the most complex problems.
