谁能看懂和翻译这些？

最近读美国的the Declaration of Independence,中文没有把英文的意思翻译出来。
We hold these truths to be self-evident,that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with unalienable 
rights,that ....
首先是真理不证自明，那些真理不证自明？ all men are created equal, 为什么只提男人不提all men and women are created ?
Creator, 这里是大写的？

这好像是神学作品。
