国籍只有穷人才care吧？我的一个朋友，全家都入籍了

就他不入，不是因为爱国什么的，就因为回中国还要去纽约签证，嫌麻烦。

不过不懂的是，难道不入籍就不用交税吗？好像每个人都要交吧？
