I believe you have the best intention.

But I think you live in your imaginary, not the real world.
Pollution is real and it is game of odds when it comes to the link between cancer and pollution. You won't see the stats change over night, but if you have any understanding about statistics and  Murphy's law (Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong), you know the effect will come. And current generation of Chinese  will pay a heavy price for it.

Deny it will not change the results. Acknowledge the problem and start to work on a solution is the best option.
