真要default了，那不能说就是美国民主的失败，应该是修改有关法律的时候了。过去有些靠‘潜规则’能办的事，

现在已经不可能了。只能用法律清楚划线。还是那句话，民主体制就是纠错体制，以近期的不稳定，换长期的稳定。
