市委书记在老百姓不允许的情况下，尚且坐上了第一把交椅。百姓摆个摊位算什么？

国家牺牲一点税收，就可以让数千万贫民活下去；
城市牺牲一点市容，就可以让数万个家庭自谋生路；
何乐而不为？
我们的社会，还没有发展到高端；
我们的福利，离西方国家还差10万8千里；
人民过着艰苦的日子，却不向国家伸手要钱，自己默默地像大号蚂蚁一样辛苦工作。
多好的人民，多么觉悟的百姓。
而城管无疑就是当年的高衙内，想逼百姓走投无路，造反，上梁山！
