给credit score 一个正确的观念

1。mortgage interest rate 根据你的credit score range 调整，越高越容易得到低利息
2。credit card 少，或者申请多张credit cards, 却不使用，对credit score 是伤害
3。credit card 申请的多，按时付清，会极大提升你的credit score
4。按时付mortgage Interest的credit score 远远超过按时付credit cards
