一个AGENT 去年11月买的康斗，放到现在原价卖出，一直没出租

她说本来给儿子买来住的，但儿子到佛州了。就拿出来卖。 大家觉得会有其他问题，还是AGENT 说的是实话？ 周边环境还可以。 可能邻居有问题？
