一线城市房子不跌因为资金没有其他出路

我问了国内的亲朋好友，他们的意思是房子如果抛掉那些钱拿来投资啥好?股票基金这些都是垃圾，银行通货贬值，总不能放家里，最后只好放房市里，土共如果倒台大家反正是一起完蛋，如果土共没事，中国最安全的地方还是房市了。
