中国式的比较

如果以“官民比”衡量中国的公务员数量，或者用公务员与劳动人口的比例计算，中国公务员的数量都不算高，比如美国的政府雇员，大约在2400万左右，而美国的人口大约是3亿。我们的公务员数量是700万，即便把事业单位人员、国企的高层都加在里面，就算有5000万人，跟13亿一除，比例还是不大，这可能跟老百姓的直观感觉有所差别。
