比较中美，中国什么时候能做到这样

两个星期前，看见Costco的西瓜便宜了三十美分，心里一动就买了一个。其实家里吃不了，只是觉得买了多一样东西。今天没事，就在家里吃西瓜，不留神把西瓜掉地上摔坏了。给Costco打电话问能不能退，被告知说没问题。如是就包好给送回Costco，告诉客户服务说，吃的时候把西瓜摔坏了。客户服务说了一句OK,就给退了。我有些不好意思就说了一句：Sorry.  客户服务说了一句：No worry.  中国的商家什么时候能做到这样？
