But kids in each of those 2 counties need to take entrance exam to get in. The best private high schools are lawrenceville, Pingry, peddie and etc. The highly ranked general admision public schools are millburn, ridge, WWPs, tenafly, princeton among many others. Since Princeton High is located near the university, it is in a good academic environment. for example, its students can take courses in PU if they exhausted all their regular courses. They even invited John Nash to have a talk in their AP Econ class.
