From engineering point of view, it is a great project.  Also, the HongQiao Transportation Hub, very very impressive.  In the past 5 years, more than 100 engineering expat came from US to the project I was assigned on, all were impressed by the engineering and construction of these works.  Of course, air quality is another topic.....
