报纸拿小贩的女儿照片打悲情牌的同时，忘记了报纸应有的另一方面社会责任。就是鼓励每个人都有守法的社会责任，你在纵容所谓的弱势小贩的一方违法的时候，你也别指望将来你当政时会有人守法---在野党的思维永远无法当政。有人说城管好象是中国特色，在美国有同样的部门，叫CITY CODE INSPECTOR，以NY为例，街头小贩有几万，NY城管每天写多少罚单，遇到抗法的，警察伺候！！指着警察鼻子骂，就是牢狱伺候，广州有个体户过两百万，街头小贩至少有十几万，一两个不守法的拿下来是正常的，不信你带你孩子今天在美国的街道上违法摆摊再指着警察鼻子骂，我估计结果比广州的小贩还惨，你的行为已经造成了对你孩子的伤害，那个小贩本身就应该自省
