外籍人士回国工作

大家好，我有一个朋友目前美国绿卡并正在考虑是否入籍。如果他今后海归，国内什么类型的单位雇佣外籍人士，什么类型的单位不会雇佣？ 国企会雇佣外企人事吗，比如说国有银行，中石油，中石化，电视台这类的？ 民企呢？ 另外国内工作签证是怎样办理，了解的朋友可以给简单介绍一下吗？ 谢谢。
