美国的公共交通也是“巨亏”的，车票只能支付10%的费用

洛杉矶大都会交通局是美国最大交通局之一，有近1万员工，提供公共汽车，地铁/轻轨，等公共交通服务。车票只能支付10%的费用。其他是靠税收和借贷。该局被评为美国最有效率的交通局。

我坐公车已有15年了。每月车费120，减去公司补贴，每月只需50元。公车对缓解交通堵塞，减少汽车污染，服务没车的穷人，不能以简单的盈亏来衡量的。当然追求良好的效益是必须的。
