谈点有用的吧， 你们有空的， 把你们的退休账户换成roth IRA.

在现在的fiscal situation 这是一个很好的personal finance planning stratedy .

当然 你需要 一些Liquid asset  to pay the resulting tax liability.  but in the long run, you will shelter some caiptial taxation.  You will also avoid required minimum distributions when you turn 70 1/2.
