It's a play on "Living well is the best revenge" by George Herbert,

(1593-1633) an English clergyman and poet. This is not a revenge to GOPs per se, but loosely to life to any adversity.

Not trying to change your vote, but I think ever since the "flip flop" ads from GOPs, negative campaign has taken a new toll.
