10AM...Colder than normal temperatures the next 5 days could hamper recovery and relief efforts. Low temperatures the next 5 days are generally expected to get down into the 30's, with wind chill's in the 20's over much of the area. It's no Sandy, but there is a chance of another Nor'easter around next Wednesday. (November 7th) Since there will once again be an east to north-east wind component, vulnerable beaches could be affected again with just minor coastal flooding. Colder air will be mixing in more this go around, so a mix of rain/snow is possible...especially in inland areas.
