借贵坛请指教一下和中国的这种合作会不会给我带来麻烦？

我现在每年会发几篇文章在一流专业杂志上，当然带的是我服务的公司的名字。 我在中国的师妹在中国的二流大学教书。现在这所二流大学教欲聘我为学校的客座教授并指导他们课题组开展科研。

他们学校要求我发表的论文要带他们大学的名字，他们用来申请项目及评奖。这样干会不会被我现在的公司开掉或告个间谍啊？毕竟我每年发的文章都是用的公司的生产和实验数具。

他们刚联系我，我想做，有怕有麻烦，高人指点一下，怎样才能既做，又没麻烦？

几年前就有公司反复邀请我申请他们伸报的千人计划，当时同样的靠虑，没答应。一年年过去了，想趁年轻做点事，省得以后心有余而力不足啊。
