  新华社快讯:据外电报道,美国新泽西州的一座防洪堤30日被冲溃,救援人员正疏散当地居民。

  据路透社消息 飓风“桑迪”给新泽西州的防洪堤造成损毁,导致新泽西州北部三镇被淹,洪水深度为4到5英尺(1.2米至1.5米),约有2千名居民受影响,数百名民众须离开家园。

  受影响的卑尔根县县长Baratta表示,虽然救援人员表示洪水是冲溃堤坝后涌进来的,也有可能是洪水水位高过堤坝才漫进了城镇。Baratta表示,洪水浸泡了 Moonachie, Little Ferry 和Carlstadt三个小镇,当地居民又湿又冷,失去了家园和财产,十分可怜。

  目前当地居民已被救援队伍用橡皮艇转移到附近的小学,暂时安全。

  新泽西州州长:损失无法被估算

  新泽西州长克里斯·克里斯蒂发表电视讲话:新泽西现在情况非常艰难,目前“桑迪”所造成的损失数目无法被估算。

  克里斯蒂在cbs的电视讲话中描述:“风暴非常强劲,今天凌晨我们在泽西收费公路上发现了火车车厢。但请市民相信,我们会重新回来。”

  同时,克里斯蒂告诫市民,决定留守沿海地区是极不明智的选择。因天黑停电,救援队伍很难实施救助。

“自由女神像遭巨浪拍打照”网络疯传

  据雅虎新闻10月29日报道,美国纽约的标志性建筑自由女神像一直是各种灾难片中不可或缺的元素。如今,随着飓风“桑迪”在美国东海岸登陆,一场真实的灾难正在纽约降临,这一刻虚拟世界与真实场景的界限正变得越来越模煳。

  根据美国国家飓风中心当地时间29日晚的最新消息,“桑迪”目前已在美国东海岸新泽西州南部登陆,中心持续风速达每小时129公里。飓风“桑迪”已造成美国和加拿大共12人死亡。“桑迪”登陆不久后,数张自由女神像被高达50英尺(约合15.24米)巨浪拍打的画面在Twitter、Facebook等各种社交网站上疯传,不少不明真相的网友纷纷转发这些照片。

  而事实上,这些所谓的自由女神像遭巨浪拍打的照片都是PS的,图片取材于灾难电影《后天》中的画面截图,上面PS上了纽约1台的图标,以及“实时摄影:中午12时12分”的字样
