奥巴马夫妇和民主党一直自我吹嘘，标榜他们代表穷人阶层的利益。事实上，他们花人民的钱大手大脚，铺张浪费超过以前的所有总统。
首先，专门为奥巴马夫人服务，从政府拿工资和福利的雇员多达22人之多，每年的工资高达160万以上，再加至少40%的福利保险退休计划支出。她没有任何职务，没有任何官方活动，居然要用人民的钱，雇佣22个全职人员来为她服务（为总统服务的人员，为总统两个女儿工作的人员，还有安全保卫人员，都没有计算在内）。
举一个例子，总统夫人专门雇佣了五位社交秘书，还有两位专门负责她的旅行计划，另外几位负责安排每日的日程。白宫有专门的旅行办公室，而且总统夫人除了度假，也没有专门的公务旅行责任，却花纳税人的钱，雇佣了两人专门为她安排旅行？
克林顿当政时，希拉里雇佣了三位社交秘书；小布什当政时，劳拉只雇佣了一位社交秘书；肯尼迪当政时，以优雅社交著称的杰奎琳，也只有一位社交秘书；而在艾森豪威尔当政时，总统夫人的社交都是自己掏腰包的。
难怪奥巴马在2008年竞选时许诺，要把政府借债减少50%，实际做起来两年半就把国债增加了60%。总统夫妇就是这样花钱大手大脚，花国家的钱眼睛都不眨。上行下效，各级机关自然也是大手大脚。三年半就把国债增加了将近一倍，政府的福利救助开支占政府总支出的41%，全美国靠吃政府救济的人数增加了50%。
奥巴马嘴上说要节约能源，但是却把白宫早冬季的室内温度调整到历史最高，是历史上在白宫使用能源最多的总统，白宫的电费煤气费用创历史记录，都是人民买单。
奥巴马用纳税人的钱，为她太太雇佣了22个仆人（算上全职化妆师与发型师就是24人），每年的工资总额超过160万美元，再加上至少40%的福利保险退休计划开支。仆人的总数和总工资额都远远超过小布什的太太劳拉。
奥巴马夫妇，在美国经济危机重重，10%以上的人失业，45%左右的人民需要政府救济的情况下，带了一大群朋友亲属等人，到全球各地度假17次，随行人员和安全人员多达数百人，浪费了多少纳税人的钱？
这样的总统，空喊口号忽悠民众，怎么能再让他继续当政四年？
