Such system won't last too long. Unfortunately, the state politicians are making all the effort to keep such system by asking more tax in the name of support Education. It sounds great that prop 30 will take 85% for education, but the portion in the general fund which supposes to go Education will be used to fill other budget holes. That is the reality.
