那些拉美的烂总统，一边跟美国借钱，一边骂美国、骂富人、讨好选民，给P民们一点甜头，让他们投票，然后就贪污、大捞特捞，治理国家屁本事没有，全球腐败top level，犯罪率居高不下，整个国家乱七八糟。这烂总统只会小恩小惠，带着老百姓仇富，一帮子垃圾。
