I agree. But that's always how unemployment rate is calculated, under both Dems or GOP presidency. It has nothing to do with fabricating numbers.

As long as numbers are bad, you are ok with it; when the number improves, mind you, with the same calculation, you start to cry foul. The "evidence" is - there are people giving up. Really?:)
