But today so many laws and regulations have required employers to follow.工会 is not that importan anymore. Often 工会 joins state goverment(most likely Dem) to ask insensible benifit, wages, cause high tax and deficit. If you look at CA police, prison guards' retirement benifits, you know what is going on
