如果户口制是非人道的，美国的学区制度也是非人道的

inner city里面的小孩，学校经费少，教育质量差。   在inner city里的project，培养出来的，基本上就是社会的废人。  个人无论怎么努力，基本上没有前途和希望，还受尽歧视。 他们长大以后唯一能做的就是卖drug。  他们的很大可能就是: 要么被抓起来判刑，要么被对手打死。

凭什么project的孩子必须是还在project？

凭什么project的孩子，不可以进好的学区上学?

project它就是彻头彻尾的现代社会的种族隔离区(ghetto)。  我们之所以平时不那么关心它的存在，因为对华人的影响并不大。  

中国的城市户口也那样。  我们大都来自大城市，不太会关心农村里的不容易。  

但任何一个社会都一样，都有贫富差距，而且还能代代相传。 好多是命，如果你恰巧生在农村，恰巧生在ghetto里，就只好企盼下辈子好好重新投胎吧。
