急问：国内外企带薪年假和周末加班

1） Offer 里面写的vacation (比如三周）能兑现吗？据说实际上根本没机会休？

2） 周末加班是常事？ 还不给加班工资？周一到周五一天干10小时是家常便饭？

我是问上海正规外企（全球500强）的情况。
