回国学习心得

1。越来越多的官员有博士学位了。大学和教授乐于招官员，因为可有效开发资源。
2。 教授看中自己的行政级别。有个名片上写着：教授，系主任（副局长级）。
3。大学里博士生整体素质低于硕士生，硕士生低于本科生。因为高素质本科毕业生容易找到工作或出国。研究生大多是二流三流学校报考来的。这是教授们普遍抱怨的问题。
4。女研究生的比例大大超出男研究生，因为男生容易找到工作，男生出国比例也可能高于女生。
5。男教授之间竞争的一个指标是女研究生的漂亮程度。所以漂亮女生在报考时有优势。
6。男教授的妻子们日子不好过，因为太多女学生投怀送抱，令她们非常有危机感！
以上是我在国内听来的或看来的。可能有偏差。欢迎纠正补充。
