请教：国内手机号怎么个拨法儿？

国内手机是11个数字，如1-999-9999999. 

我从美国打国内电话一般是 011-8610-9999-9999。 011是什么？我知道8610是中国北京。

手机的号码就很糊涂了，我该如何拨号呢？
