请教一下， 哪一个CC 或者银行卡可以免费在中国取现金

人名币，没有手续费？

大多信用卡都收手续费， 或者哪一个在美国开的银行账户， 在中国（比如上海/北京） 取人民币 不需要交额外的收学费？
