美科学家在《毒理和应用药学》(2012第2期)发表最新研究称，喂白鼠14ppm铬水90天出现基因表达错误，致癌原理多如此。铬胶囊4颗即在胃内达危险浓度，久服必致癌，目前曝光胶囊铬浓度最高149ppm。卫生部专家说"一天六颗没多少铬"，混淆短时与长时、剂量与浓度概念
