6名中国人被指控内幕交易

美国证券监管机构 SEC 刚刚宣布有 6名中国人被指控内幕交易，数千万资金账户全部被冻结。在3月份众品食业CEO宣布私有化要约之前，6人通过香港汇出2千9百万美元，突击购买众品食业股票和期权。这六人是: Siming Yang, Caiyin Fan, Shui Chong (Eric) Chang, Biao Cang, Jia Wu, and Ming Ni
