老公是美东一芯片公司senior designer now, Salary $130K. 3 years ago, 泡沫时期与人co-found 一芯片公司, 但没成功。最近又联系一 VC ，有九成希望拿钱 $2M。联系 VC期间，the stock of his company is rising. He could make ( but not guranteed) up to $300k if he stay for another 2 years till all his stock option vested. 都是好事，　但鱼与熊掌如何选择？？？敬请赐教。

老公原有1，2次发财机会，都错过. My hu*****and is a very smart and hard-working man, holds 9 US patents. He is a very good engineer but as he is getting older, he started to think about his future, hi-tech out-sourcing to developing country, glass ceiling and doing low-profile work everyday, no leadership. He is a very career-oriented person, enjoying hard-working and its reward. It is his dream to own his company. And China now is growing so fast…everybody want to be part of it.

Except that, we live a very relaxing life in the US. I am also an engineer at a large telecom company. We had a 3 year old son. House already paid off and no need to worry about money. ( income around $300K)We also enjoy US movie, TV, gardening, ski, golf, vactions….
