新名词“双飞”

最近回过国的人，听说过这词吗？现在大陆和香港为了这大打口水战呢。

双飞，就是大陆的孕妇夫妇到香港去生孩子，孩子就成了香港户口了，可以在香港上学。为什么要到香港去上学呢？说是香港学校比大陆的好！往年香港每年新生儿8000，去年居然有40000.以至于香港的妇产科病房人满为患，产房病床要提前半年预订！香港政府木法，今年开始规定公立医院不准接受大陆产妇，私立医院的产床现在已经定到2013年去了。

如果香港政府收紧双飞政策，大陆人民的目标就是美国了。美国现在签证很容易，外国人在美国生孩子免费（木法收钱啊），出生以后还有美国纳税人养着，以后也不用考托福、季阿姨就直接一路免费上大学了、、、、、、比香港好太多了。
