海归吗?

我们的情况是去年以前从没想到过海归。 今年老公刚刚转成正教授，好像以前读书的目标完成了，在往上的机会也不确定。 现在国内有很好的机会，年薪百万，(其实和他在美国的年薪差不多)， 关键是几年后很有可能评院士，所以有些动心了。

我在美国做IT工程师，很Top的公司,年薪加上股票和老公差不多，不知道回国能干什么? 感兴趣的是学个MBA作外企管理?

两个孩子一个小学二年级一个幼儿园，有各种各样的活动，回国对他们好不好?数学会好些， 但是其他的?

父母在国内有很好的工资和医保，但现在美国有绿卡，还挺喜欢这边。 如果年纪再
大，生病住院，在中国还是美国照顾更好?
