没在国内找过工作,不知道详情.但LZ想说明什么呢,凭自己本事能在国内畅通无阻?

我想多数的毕业生估计都没有LZ的能耐吧.若中上资质的人在国内没有背景,应该是蛮艰难的.而我们在国外找工作,基本就是投简历,我个人连networking 得来的JOB都极少,就是自己找,自己考.公平与否可以自己体会.
