当然，不是完全没有track record的。只是说，面前几个candidates, 我个人一向偏思维比较活跃的，哪怕track record少点。有的时候work out, 有的时候也未必，但是总体来说，if it is working out, it works out really well, and gives me a lot of satisfaction for giving them the opportunity to prove themsevels.
