首先要聪明，然后在聪明人里面挑认真的，当然，人品不能太坏。

但是别的好多行业，工作性质或要求的不同，有的时候认真比聪明重要，当然，不能是太笨的。

话说回来，同笨人说话真的很累的（尽管本人就是平常人），而有不少 Market Girls with pretty face, 非常nice, 很客气，很会恭维人，但是同她们说话很辛苦。
