我对中国2012年经济的预测

 

中小城市过分非理性的房地产跟风开发结束，开发商资金链断裂，一些地方会出现灾难性甚至血腥鬼怪场面街区甚至城市。。。

 

一线城市房地产发展放缓，黄金地带稳重小涨，边远开发区降价，降价幅度平缓。

 

中国人吃苦耐劳，有钱人家早未雨绸缪，高枕无忧，就是穷人，早年就有闯关东，闯南洋，下西洋。。。的抗灾难传统，现在遇到困难，只是改改天天过年的心态，以后日子照过，小饭馆照吃，不会太乱的，放心吧。
