在德国读博士，要Diplom成绩平均在1.3以上，"动手能力差的，各门成绩不过关的" ?? - 给不熟悉的同学介绍一下，1分最高。

在德国读博士，尤其是工科的，经常是全位置的，也就是说工资同在一般公司里的硕士工程师差不多的。他们从头到底都是做真正的工业界项目，他们的动手能力差？公司研发不要他们？
