How many employees total in your company? I bet it is more than 40 (2/0.05).

What percentage of companies can qualify as "著名外企"? I bet it is less than 5%.

Judging from your information (2 openings in your company, and 著名外企8年以上+中上层经理), it is safe to conclude what 2BeHonest said is correct: "我敢打赌, 有个四五年经验，在外企能拿30万以上，5%都不会到".
