《福布斯》推出税负痛苦指数榜单，称中国内地税负痛苦指数居全球第二。《人民日报》称，福布斯的税负痛苦指数科学性较差。《福布斯》中文版总编辑周健工逐条回应质疑，称税率越高纳税人越痛苦，这是显而易见的道理，没必要争论。
