I would recommend a university. Your schedule will be more flexible, and a more vivid environment.

I would not recommend going to Shanghai or Beijing. Your income would be eaten out by your housing payments, so you have no money left for enjoying life. But if you go to other cities, your salary will be very good relative others (meaning every thing, including housing, is cheaper relative to your income).
