V biased! Of cause China is not at the same level of living environment as US . There is no need to talk more about it. Everybody knows. But it is a country with great opportunities, in expeditious development. For people who only concern about their stable monthly income and completely ignorant or voluntarily ignorant of the problems in US, they have already found their niche in US. China is not a good place for them and does not really want them back.
