Ph.D in Neuroscience in US, postdoc three years, SCI citation impact average 5.0. I think there are hundreds of dudes like me from China in US. I guess 3 SCI for asccociate professor is too cheap for top Universities. Probably 3 papers like Nature, Science, Cell can qualify for that.
