如何计算我在美国的身家？

前面看一帖子, 说在北京有>140,000 的人身家过千万(RMB). 我老很不平衡.然后开始算自己的. 结果发现我和LP的总财产算死算活也就$450,000. 我可是在美国混了14年了, 一小孩, 美国中部一农村.

这是我的算法.

1. 美国的房子: 现值$320,000 - $130,000 MORTGAGE = $190,000

2. 车. $8,000 (8年新CAMRY) + $22,000 (1年新LEXUS) = $30,000

3. 银行存款$40,000

4. ROTH　IRA: $15,000

5. 股票: $15,000

5. 401K: $120,000

总身家: $410,000

 

各位老大, 替我想想我漏了啥? 急需挖掘, 这样和我呆国内的同学比起来, 我老的葡萄不那么太酸.作揖了.
