中国房价如此之高,各地方政府功不可没啊.

因为地方的土地财政.昨天QQ上一位广州的国营建筑公司一同学说就最近广州卖出了2万/平米的地.光是地价啊.建好了不知道要卖多少钱了.楼下有人说楼价不能怪政府,是市场行为,这真是让人笑掉大牙了.若不是无知就是孤陋寡闻.任志强说的话不好听,但话糙理不糙.把房价怪到开发商头上是说不过去的.房价中政府拿走的是大头.从卖地,到房子交易的印花税,到未来出台的房产税.最大的赢家是政府.我们所有看到和拆迁有关的血案背后都站着地方政府的影子.否则没有人敢这么大胆去断别人的生路.

有人说中国政府不会让房价下跌的.呵呵,看了这话我笑了.但愿中国政府有这个能耐.我个人当然希望中国的房子使劲涨.但我知道那是不可能的,不会闭着眼睛胡说八道.我的做实业的同学已经对买房子没兴趣了,说价格已经太高,不知道还有多少升的空间.说有那钱带老婆周游世界还好.呵呵.
