another point:
china is also different from india and affrica as far as its open policy and culture is concerned. india is still very conservative, and they lack the open policy that china has, ppl in china are more prone to the new and exotic stuff and idea and they can absorb whatever type of new products and technology very quickly, ppl in china have "money" deeply rooted in mind, everyone wants to become rich. india still has religion to control ppl's mind, and their taxes are high for business, etc
