With 3-5 years of post-doc experience

Research scientist/staff scientist: 300k to 400k ($50k to $70k)?

Senior scientist/ lab manager/middle level manager: 500k to 650k ($80k to $100k)?

3. 各省/市千人计划: 2 million RMB for 5 years. ~400k per year.

Are these reasonable expectation/projection?
